Return policy
At Coffee Roastery del Meta SAS, we are committed to offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:
- Deadline for changes and returns
Returns and exchanges for your coffee bags are accepted within 8 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. For merchandise and accessories, the return period is 20 days. - Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:-
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.

- Process to request an exchange or return
To make an exchange or return, please follow these steps:-
- Contact us at buzon@jendecoffee.com or through our WhatsApp line to inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product.
- In your request, please indicate the order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, the replacement product you wish to receive.
- We'll send you an authorization number and return instructions.
- We won't be able to help you in our physical stores. You must contact us directly through the designated channels.

4. Return cost
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the requirements, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that the refund may take 10 to 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on the bank.
6. Changes
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variety (in the case of coffee), size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as for returns.
Depending on product availability, the exchange will be processed or we will inform you of available alternatives.
7. Exceptions
No changes or returns of products are accepted on sale or
offers.
